If your business is a customer of Lancaster City Council’s trade waste/recycling collection service and you wish to have your collections suspended at this time, please contact the council’s commercial waste team on 01524 582415 or email [email protected] as soon as possible. This will ensure that payments for the service and visits to your business are cancelled until further notice. Collections will continue for any businesses which still require it.
If you are a trade waste customer for a commercial company we would encourage you to contact them to check if they have similar arrangements available.
