Lancaster BID is delighted to see the majority of businesses in the city centre safely reopen following lockdown. We know that many of you have reduced opening hours or restrictions in place such as customer appointments and restrictions on numbers in your stores.
To help promote individual businesses our weekly ‘Shop Local’ column in the Lancaster Guardian remains available FREE of charge to BID levy payers. This provides the ideal opportunity to reach out to your existing and potential customers, share any offers you have and encourage them to return safely to the city centre.
To feature in the column we just ask you to provide approximately 350 words promoting your business along with an image suitable for the Lancaster Guardian. Your article should be emailed to [email protected]. Once received, we will confirm when it will feature in the paper.
Although we will prioritise businesses which have not recently featured, we will currently consider promoting the same business more often if there are changes in circumstances to share.
