Lancaster BID are encouraging businesses in Lancaster city centre to report instances of crime and anti-social behaviour (ASB). ASB is any form of unreasonable behaviour that has a detrimental effect. Examples of ASB include damage, threats, abusive language, drug dealing, drug abuse, rowdy behaviour, noise nuisance, drunken behaviour, urinating in public, fly-tipping, littering and aggressive begging. If you witness this behaviour, please report it at lancaster.gov.uk/ASB or by emailing email@example.com or 01524 582935.
If the behaviour involves a criminal offence, such as damage or drug dealing please call 101 or 999 if it's an emergency. The easiest way to report a crime is online, to do this, please visit Lancashire.police.uk/reportit. Reporting ASB and criminal activity, no matter how minor the offence, provides the Police and other services with the evidence they require to tackle persistent issues.
