New Faces at The Chamber, North Lancashire

7th July 2016

The Chamber, North Lancashire strengthens its board

In June, at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), North Lancashire Chamber of Commerce members voted in three new non-executive directors, replacing three who had retired.

The three new directors are Bill Johnston, Managing Director of The Bay radio, Sandra Cottam Shea, Managing Director of SCS Logistics in White Lund, and Mal Barnett, Managing Director of Apparatus Marketing of Bolton le Sands, a brand-building creative agency.

John O'Neill, Chamber Manager, said: "All three directors bring a wealth of experience in their respective fields and strengthen the board's expertise in the areas of media, transport and logistics, and brand marketing. Their experience in each particular industry will be invaluable in helping the Chamber driver the North Lancashire region forward in the years to come. I look forward to working with them."

Earlier this year Jerry North retired from the board and at this AGM Angela Seel, former Chamber President, and Susan Sykes stepped down. The Chamber board wishes them all well in their future endeavours.
