Making The News

A well known name on the local media scene, Louise Bryning is planning to use her skills to promote Lancaster, the city where she was born and brought up.

After 23 years as a journalist at the Lancaster Guardian and eight years as Press and Marketing Officer at The Dukes, Louise is branching out as a freelance publicist.

“My special interests are heritage, the arts and tourism but, having been a journalist, I can turn my hand to most subjects from business to education, health to local government and I know my hometown has so many stories to tell” said Louise whose work has been published locally, regionally and nationally.

Louise is adept at writing interesting and precise copy for traditional and digital media and has an enviable contact list.

“I can provide a bespoke service whether you require a trusted professional  to research and write editorial or need insider knowledge on how to attract press, media and online interest. I know what sparks the media’s interest…and what doesn’t.”

The service she offers can include one-off press releases to a comprehensive publicity package whatever the budget.

For more information, email Louise at [email protected] or phone 01524 60257.
