Lancaster Harvest Market- Get Involved

15th June 2016

Lancaster BID are working with LESS to create an August Bank Holiday event on Monday the 29th. Lancaster Harvest Market will run from 10am until 5pm in the heart of Lancaster City Centre, Market Square, and surrounding streets.

Lancaster Harvest Market will celebrate local Lancaster businesses and suppliers, who were all affected by the December flooding and loss of power. Market stalls will feature food, drink and crafts from local businesses, business suppliers and producers from the Red Rose County.

The aim of the event is to showcase Lancaster as a city that is open for business, following the devastating impact of the floods in December. This event will aim to draw people, especially local residents and families, whose shopping habits may have changed, to re-introduce them to local businesses right on their doorstep!

This will be a free, family-friendly event, with face painting, local music and entertainment, cooking demonstrations and local craft workshops.

If your business would like to exhibit at the event, please contact Rachael Wilkinson at or phone 01524 590650
