Lancaster BID AGM

The Lancaster BID AGM for the year ending 31st March 2021 will be held at 6.00pm on Wednesday 27th October 2021. The online event will be an opportunity to look back on a year like no other. Lancaster BID had to adapt quickly to support businesses through the COVID pandemic. In January, we went through a BID renewal ballot which saw a record number of businesses voting in favour of another five years of Lancaster BID.

6) Election of Company Directors – Sarah Harrison of Marketgate Shopping Centre and Adam Parton of Moore & Smalley have both been co-opted as Company directors since the last AGM. This meeting will seek to confrm their three year term. Nick Wilkinson, Mark Diggle and Phil Simpson have all been formally elected within the past three years and are continuing their terms in office.
