Although Lancaster BID is placing staff on part time furlough, we will remain fully available to support you throughout lockdown. We will be on hand via phone and email to respond to your queries and will be busy behind the scenes with preparations to encourage visitors safely back into the city centre when lockdown measures are once again eased.
Our BID Warden will also remain on patrol around the city centre to help ensure it remains safe for those who still need to visit. If your premises will be empty and unsupervised during lockdown, our BID Warden will be happy to walk past when out on patrol and keep an eye out for any obvious problems.
