Lancaster BID is asking businesses to help identify areas of the city centre in need of a bit of TLC. Is the pavement outside your premises damaged? Are the weeds getting out of control? Are you have trouble with fly tipping or graffiti?
If you are experiencing these, or any other issues with the public realm, please report them to help ensure the relevant authorities can respond appropriately.
Public realm issues can be reported online to Lancaster City Council at https://www.lancaster.gov.uk/formlist/StreetScene.
If the problem is with public highways or street lighting it can be reported to Lancashire County Council at https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/roads-parking-and-travel/report-it/
Alternatively you can email Lancaster BID at [email protected] with details of the problem and ideally a photo. We will then make sure it is reported and monitor to check what action is taken.
