Have you benefitted from Footfall Boost?

6th February 2020

Following a positive end to 2019, Lancaster city centre has continued to see an increase in footfall throughout January. The month showed a year on year increase of 2.7% in the city centre, compared to national figures showing an average decline of 1.6% across the UK.

Of particular note is evening footfall (6.00pm - 9.00pm) which saw an impressive year on year increase of 34.7% in January. This equates to an average of an extra 700 footfall impressions recorded every day in January between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.

We are asking businesses to complete a 30 second anonymous survey to let us know if the increased footfall has had any impact on the turnover of your business.
