Fix My Street

Fix My Street is a quick, efficient and user-friendly way to tell the local council about problems that you spot in your town or city. As city centre businesses who rely on footfall in the town centre, it is important that Lancaster city centre is a clean, safe and idyllic place to visit. Fix My Street allows users to report, view and discuss local problems such as graffiti, fly tipping, broken paving slabs, pot holes and street lighting.

If you notice any problems in Lancaster which may affect your customers getting to your shop or could injure them while they are here, make sure you use the Fix My Street application. It is available as a free App from the App Store and Google Play, as well as being accessible online via the website. The application allows you upload photos of problem areas as well as allowing you to see problems which have already been reported in the area.
