After the success of our inaugural Festive Window Promotion last year Lancaster BID is proud to launch their 2020 Festive Window Promotion
The Details:
THIS IS YOUR 3 WEEK WARNING: We are encouraging all businesses to get their festive window in action for “re-opening” on December 3rd , and please feel free to lets us know about your creations.
Our judges will be out on Friday 4th December to work out our finalists. Special thanks to The Civic Society who are helping with the judging.
The Criteria: We want businesses to really get hold of the Christmas Spirit this year and dress their windows accordingly, it won’t be about who has the biggest budget for their window it’s how Christmassy it is and how that links in with the business itself, also what effect it has on brightening up the City.
The Public Vote: 8th December -20th December. We will launch the finalists with photographs of their window dressing on our social media channels and also our newsletter for the public to vote- its simple- whichever business has the most votes wins this years award and will be crowned “Best Festive Window 2020”. Out of all the public votes one lucky winner will be drawn and will win £100 voucher to spend in a city centre business of their choice.
