The Lancaster BID Ambassador Awards celebrate success across Lancaster city centre.

This award recognises bar staff in the city centre who make your experience extra special when you go for a drink in the city centre.

This award recognises any business where the customer service which goes above and beyond. Nominations encouraged across all business types including retail, hospitality or professional service.
This was split into 2 categories due to the number of entries, 1 for customer service from an individual and the other for customer service from a business.

This award recognises the individual who really excels and makes the biggest positive impact in Lancaster city centre. Although nominations can be submitted for this category, the judges reserve the right to consider nominees from across all categories to receive this ultimate recognition.
